Terms & Conditions of Service
Official agreement governing commercial software engineering contracts, milestone delivery, intellectual property transfer, and warranty covenants with Mejanix IT Solutions.

1 Legal Entity & Corporate Identity
This website (www.mejanix.com) and all related software engineering services are operated by Mejanix IT Solutions. Mejanix IT Solutions is an enterprise registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME / Udyam), Government of India.
By accessing our website, contracting our engineering services, commissioning custom development, or enrolling in our industrial internship modules, the client ("Client", "You", "Your") agrees to be bound unconditionally by these Terms and Conditions.
2 Scope of Services Offered
Mejanix IT Solutions specializes in enterprise digital technology architecture and provides professional IT services including, but not limited to:
- Custom Software Development: Bespoke web applications, microservices, enterprise automation, and SaaS platforms built on high-performance frameworks (PHP, Laravel, React, Node.js).
- Backend Architecture & Database Engineering: High-concurrency SQL/NoSQL architectures, API design, caching engines, and secure data storage implementations.
- Web Design & Frontend Engineering: Responsive, WCAG-compliant, high-conversion UI/UX interfaces with unified modern typography.
- Mobile Application Development: Cross-platform native mobile solutions for iOS and Android utilizing Flutter and modern toolchains.
- Software Support, Maintenance & DevOps: CI/CD deployment pipelines, automated server patching, containerization (Docker), performance tuning, and technical uptime monitoring.
- IT Consultancy & Staff Augmentation: Technical feasibility audits, digital transformation consulting, and dedicated engineering retainers.
3 Billing, Milestone Schedules & Payments
All software development projects are executed on a strictly defined Milestone-Based Invoicing model against mutually executed project scopes or Statements of Work (SOW):
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted strictly via RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant online payment gateways, direct NEFT/RTGS/IMPS bank transfers, and verified corporate wire transfers. Invoices must be settled within the grace period specified on each invoice (typically 7 business days).
4 Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership
Upon receipt of 100% full payment, Mejanix IT Solutions assigns to the client all proprietary rights, title, and copyright in the custom bespoke code written specifically for that project.
Internal Libraries & Boilerplates: Mejanix IT Solutions retains exclusive ownership of its pre-existing proprietary codebase, internal boilerplates, developer tools, reusable modular frameworks, and algorithmic libraries. The client is granted a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such incorporated libraries solely as embedded components within the delivered software.
5 Limitation of Liability & Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the total cumulative liability of Mejanix IT Solutions for any and all claims, disputes, damages, or breaches arising under or related to a project is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the client for the specific milestone in dispute.
Exclusions: In no event shall Mejanix IT Solutions be liable for:
- Outages, downtime, data loss, or security breaches originating from third-party hosting providers, cloud operators (AWS, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud), or domain registrars.
- Loss of business profits, indirect losses, punitive damages, business interruption, or loss of commercial opportunities.
- Failures resulting from client modifications to delivered source code or unauthorized third-party intervention.
6 Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, all client service agreements, Statements of Work, and commercial engagements shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute, controversy, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms or the services rendered by Mejanix IT Solutions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Palanpur, Gujarat, India – 385001. The parties expressly waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
